Advices for after a hair implant

Guadalupe Medical Business Group thinks it's important that you follow the next advices so your surgery is completely successful.

• You have to rest in bed for the first 12 hours after the surgery.
• The bandage must be taken off by the doctor.
• You can clean the operated area 24 hours after the surgery with water and soft soap.
• Sleep semi sited
• You can have a normal diet.
• You have to assist to the controls, as doctor recommendation. You can request and schedule an appointment with our secretary.
• Avoid sun and air exposure.
• Don't swim on pools until your doctor recommends.
• During the after surgery care avoid having any contact with animals ( dogs, cats, rabbits), at least for the first 20 days because this contact increases the chance of getting an infection.
• It's possible that you feel dizzy and maybe get fever over 38°C. For that, you just have to take analgesic. If the fever continues contact your doctor immediately.
